On April 15, 2022 - Synovate Technologies has been officially recognized as a National Hi-Tech Enterprise for its advanced machine hearing technology and outstanding commercialization and management capabilities, joining the ranks of excellent enterprises!

Synovate focuses on the R&D and commercialization of machine hearing solutions, combining AIoT and advanced sound and vibration technologies to create high-precision, cognitive sensing solutions for various applications. The company owns a number of intellectual property rights, and is ISO9001 and GB/T29490-2013 certified.

The multidisciplinary team at Synovate comprises professionals from the Fraunhofer Research Institute in Germany, the Acoustics Competence Center in Austria, Russian Mikoyan Aircraft Corporation, Bosch and Knowles Electronics, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Huawei, Kingdee, and other enterprises, with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of sound and vibration and in the industrial sector behind their backs.

SigMA - real-time intelligent quality test system based on machine hearing, features a number of breakthroughs in the current technology. The system integrates a multitude of advanced algorithms, making it possible to test complex rotating machinery under noisy environments without disassembly, accurately identify and pinpoint component defects in real-time. SigMA's big data platform allows engineers to diagnose quality problems, effecting proactive quality management. Additioanlly, the browser-server architecture facilitates centralized data management and collaboration. SigMA has already been adopted by leading domestic manufacturers as BYD and Innovance in the production lines. The company provides standardized products for different industries based on its proprietary underlying algorithms.

This project was awarded a Sliver in the Finals of 2021 Qianhai Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao-Taiwan Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the South China Finals of 2020 "Maker China" Industrial Internet SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. It was also recognized as the "Best Project" in the 2021 Artificial Intelligence Investment Roadshow.
