Challenges:
- Loose components as screws, beads or glud particles (Figure 1) inside electronic and electrical products (as power supplies, chargers, inverters) can be dislodged during the assembly process. This can cause damage to components or short- circuit the connections, posing significant risks to product quality and safety.
- After assembly, it is difficult to visually detect foreign objects inside the product.

Method of Evaluation:
The test object is placed in a rotating test station (as shown in (Figure 2). Using SigMA-FD to collect filtered sound signals, real-time analysis is conducted (as shown in Figures 3 and 4), automatically identifying defective products with loose parts.
